2. HOURS OF BUSINESS
Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Our office is closed at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Orders can be placed through our secure website www.stella-james.co.uk. Products are selected by placing them in your virtual shopping basket by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button. When you have completed your shopping, click the ‘checkout’ button and follow the online instructions which will take you through the billing and shipping process.
E-mail your order to firstname.lastname@example.org, giving the product reference, description and size(s). Please do not send any credit card information.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Great care is taken to make sure our product information is correct. However as all our products are naturally coloured without the use of chemicals or dyes, some slight colour discrepancies may occur.
Information regarding sizing and measurements is available by e-mailing email@example.com. Please quote the style number, size and description for the garment information required (e.g. SJ001 Fido Jumper size 12/18 months). We shall e-mail the measurements in centimetres to you by return.
Organic Merino Wool products are best cared for by regular hand washing at a cool temperature using a non biological washing detergent. After rinsing to remove all traces of detergent the garments should be spin dried to remove excess water, re-shaped while damp, and dried flat away from direct heat or sunlight. Cool iron on the reverse side (if required).
Due to the very soft nature of our wool the use of fabric softener is not recommended.
For very large items (e.g. throws) dry cleaning is recommended.
Organic Cotton products can be hand washed or machine washed. Dry flat away from direct heat or sunlight. Our cotton items may be tumble dried if required.

Orders received outside office hours will be processed when the office re-opens.
Where any item is out of stock we will quote you a delivery date and you have the option of accepting the date or cancelling the order.
Payment for goods which are out of stock will only be accepted when the goods have arrived in our warehouse.
Standard Delivery – UK
Goods will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class. We aim to despatch your
order within 48 hours of receiving it subject to credit clearance and availability.
For orders up to the value of £20.00. postage is charged at £1.50.
For orders over the value of £20.00 and up to £100.00, postage is charged at £3.50.
For orders over the value of £100.00, postage is free.
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery from placement of order.
If you require your items sooner, please let us know when you place your order, and
we will advise the cost of our Express Delivery Service.
Goods will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day (U.K only).
Goods for delivery to non U.K. destinations will be despatched by Royal Mail International (Overseas) at a cost of £12 per order, please allow 14-16 days for delivery.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
stella james will refund in full or exchange any article returned undamaged and unworn within one month of the goods being despatched. We shall credit your original method of payment (excluding delivery charge).
Goods which are faulty or not as ordered will be exchanged or refunded in full (including delivery charge).
We recommend that goods are returned using registered mail; we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit.
stella james is committed to protecting your security. We have taken all essential measures to ensure any information you provide (including credit/debit card details) remains private and secure. We do not store financial or personal information.
Payment information is processed with total confidentiality and in accordance with United Kingdom data protection laws.
Your statutory rights are not affected by stella james terms and conditions.
